Refund and Return Policy

In the event of a product shortage and unsuccessful procurement, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and provide a full refund.

Once an order is placed and payment is made, our staff will promptly proceed with procurement, so we cannot change the product or cancel the order. We also do not accept refunds for personal reasons.

All goods are non-returnable or exchangeable once collected or shipped. If a significant issue (excluding customer-caused damage) is found during store collection, please raise it immediately. Once the goods leave the store, no further claims will be accepted.

Please note that the materials of products have their natural characteristics (such as leather textures, slight color differences, creases, etc.), which are not considered defects even in specialty stores or department stores. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for such reasons.
