Product Receipt and Delivery Policy

Product prices include shipping fees from Europe to Hong Kong. The default delivery destination is our store in Hong Kong, where the customer can inspect the product's quality. Once the goods are collected, ownership and responsibility are fully transferred to the customer, and our company will not be liable for any subsequent issues.

If the customer needs the goods to be shipped directly from Europe to their location or from our Hong Kong store to a specified destination in Hong Kong or a SF Express pickup point, additional shipping fees may apply. We will communicate these procedures and fees to the customer in advance. To avoid unnecessary disputes, we will take photos or videos of the products before shipping and send these to the customer. Once shipped, ownership and responsibility will transfer to the customer.

Typically, it takes 5-7 days for the goods to arrive in Hong Kong after placing an order and making payment. In special circumstances, such as customs inspections, there may be delays. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

In case of stock shortages or longer procurement times, we will notify the customer accordingly.
