Typically, it takes 5-7 days for the goods to arrive in Hong Kong after placing an order and making payment. In special circumstances, such as customs inspections, there may be delays. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

We will transfer the complete packaging obtained from specialty stores or department stores, including boxes and dust bags, to the customer. Please note that the packaging may vary depending on the store and time of purchase.

We provide photocopies of Receipts from specialty stores or department stores (with personal information removed) or original Gift Receipts. If needed, we can take photos or videos as proof at the time of purchase. We can also mark the product with customer-specified marks upon request.

Photocopies of receipts or gift receipts generally do not affect after-sales warranty services. Warranty services are provided by the respective brands. Major brands like: Dior, Louis Vuitton (“LV”), Fendi, Loewe, Gucci, Prada, etc offer global after-sales services, but each brand reserves the right to change its warranty policy. Please check with the respective specialty stores in Hong Kong if needed.

To offer the best prices, we avoid additional bank handling fees and only accept local bank transfers, cash deposits, or cheque payments (which require bank clearance). If customers remit money to our bank account from overseas, additional handling fees may apply.
